What are your rates and hours?
Full Day (12 hours) — $1,900 Half Day (6 hours) — $1,250 Hourly (2 hr minimum) — $200 All on-site amenities included. Additional gear available for rent. We are available every day of the week and will work with your schedule.
Do you have gear to rent?
We include a selection of house gear free with any day rental. We can also coordinate additional gear rental — just send us a list of what you need and we'll take care of it.
Can the Cyclorama be painted?
Yes. The stage can be painted any color. This requires additional time, labor, and materials to paint beforehand and to restore the stage to its original white and green afterward. Contact us to discuss your project needs.
What is the noise level like?
Sound reduction panels are installed throughout the studio. Ambient noise from the surrounding neighborhood is minimal, making the space well suited for audio recording and dialogue-heavy productions.
How do I book a tour?
Use the Book a Tour button on any page of the website, or call our AI receptionist directly and they can schedule a tour on the spot. Tours are available during business hours and typically run 20 to 30 minutes.
What types of productions is the space built for?
St. Elmo Stage is built for commercial, narrative, music video, photo, game, and virtual production. The facility includes Austin's largest independent green screen, a seamless 180-degree white Cyclorama, a professional recording studio, motion capture capability, and virtual production infrastructure — all under one roof.
